The school is managed by the Managing Body of the institute. The managing body is approved by the competent authority and has tenure of three years.

The day to day functioning of the institute is looked after by the director, who is also the chairman of the managing body. The administrative office of the school is housed in the Head Office located at Budshah Nagar, Natipora, Srinagar. The Director, Scholars’ School assisted by a General Manager run the institute with a fully equipped office, where the following staff is posted:

• Public Relations Officer
• Office Superintendent
• Incharge Registration/Accounts
• Computer Assistant

The academic section of the institute is headed by an Academic Supervisor who oversees the academic progress of the institute.

The different wings are looked after by the respective Principals. The Academic Supervisor is assisted by the Principals in maintaining a credible academic standard throughout.
